Our Firm has an opening for a full-time personal injury litigation paralegal and we are looking for the right person to join our family. The candidate must have the following experience:
- at least 7 years personal injury experience and ability to work independently
- must also be able to work on the personal injury files from start to finish including trial
- must have experience drafting complaints, Bills of Particulars and discovery documents
- must obviously be familiar with the medical records and terminology
- must have familiarity with case management software, preferably SmartAdvocate
- should have good speaking skills and ability to communicate with clients on phone
