Position- Flu Clinic (LVN/LPN)
Shift- 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Administer flu vaccines and other immunizations following established protocols and safety guidelines
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and screening for contraindications
- Assist with triage processes to determine patient eligibility for vaccination and address concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies
- Educate patients about vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care instructions
- Monitor patients during and after vaccination for adverse reactions, providing immediate care if necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
- Follow infection control procedures and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment
- Support inventory management by tracking vaccine supplies and ensuring proper storage conditions
- Participate in ongoing training related to immunization practices, infection prevention, and healthcare regulations
Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
