Ride Operator

· Ensure riders meet height, weight, and age requirements
· Explain safety procedures to riders
· Ensure passengers are secured safely
· Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures
· Placing sleds on the track/storing them properly inside the barn
· Unloading customers from the ride safely and performing customer service
· Working in watchtowers on the mountain, ensuring riders don’t stop.
· Cleaning the property (i.e., bathrooms, parking lot, mountain, etc.
· Assist in other positions, including maintenance when required
As a Ride Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the Wisconsin Dells Mountain Coaster. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle conflicts, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
