Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

More than 1 year of warehouse experience to include cherry picker, sit-down, stand-up or order picker

Ability to obtain and maintain cherry picker certification

Ability to work at elevated levels

Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse systems
Desirable Requirements for Forklift Operator

Ability to do basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Role Responsibilities for Forklift Operator

Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products at various rack heights

Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition before staging orders

Safely transport materials to designated packing or shipping areas

Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
