Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse guests
