Fullerton Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in North Orange County, California, designed by William F. Bell. Known for its scenic, tree-lined fairways, rolling terrain, and walkable par-67 layout, it offers an enjoyable and approachable golf experience for players of all skill levels. The facility includes a driving range, putting greens, clubhouse, and pro shop, along with instruction, leagues, and tournaments.
We are seeking a part-time Clubhouse Janitor / Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive guest experience through high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of clubhouse areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, pro shop, and common spaces
- Ensure all facilities are well-stocked, sanitary, and presentable at all times
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and facility upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior clubhouse areas, including entryways, patios, and walkways
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal throughout the facility
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
- Support event and tournament setup/teardown as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
This role is essential in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming clubhouse environment for all guests and staff.
