Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary
The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand and company standards. This position is responsible for leading the front desk team, maintaining service excellence, and creating a positive experience for both guests and associates.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience in a service-related industry; hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with guests, associates, and management.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and willingness to assist in all areas of hotel operations as needed.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned responsibilities, and communicate progress effectively.
