Job Summary
Dixie Construction Services, Inc. is seeking experienced workers in concrete restoration, masonry, painting, waterproofing, and general labor. We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. .
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and materials around the site.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support construction activities.
- Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, and finishing.
- Install rebar for reinforced concrete projects and assist with masonry tasks such as stucco application.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly.
Requirements
- 1-year prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing scaffolding or ladders, and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety procedures with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
- Reliable transportation.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
