We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
- Participate in quality-improvement and clinical initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred depending on the role.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care.
