This position is for our full-service restaurant and bar located on the wonderful Rock Lititz Campus inside the Rock Lititz Hotel! Come join our experienced, fun team in a fast-paced environment! Make tips on room service and takeout as well! Join out team today!
(Full-time 25-35 hours per week)
(Part-time 15-25 hours per week)
Rate: $12 /hr plus tips from Room Service/takeout
Hours: SUN-THUR 4:00-9:00 PM
FRI-SAT 4:00-10:00 PM
SUN 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
- Approx. 2-4 shifts per week, shifts will vary based on need and Hotel occupancy

Responsibilities include:
- Greeting Customers upon entry (& exit) and providing them with accurate wait times
- Managing the flow of Guests and maintaining an up-to-date seating chart through Open Table GuestCenter
- Escorting Guests to their table while correctly rotating servers
- Assisting the waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables
- Answering the phone and providing the appropriate service (ie. Reservations, To-go, or Room Service)
- Taking, processing, and delivering Room Service orders
Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Clear and Professional Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of Age
- Must have some type of Weekend Availability
