Captain Hook Towing is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team.
This position involves communicating with customers throughout the service process, gathering and documenting information, providing updates, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound customer calls.
- Gather, verify, and document customer information.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding completed services.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and management.
- Utilize multiple software applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs, web-based platforms, and mobile applications throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Experience
- Customer service, call center, administrative, receptionist, dispatching, or office support experience.
- Experience working in the towing, transportation, automotive, roadside assistance, or logistics industries is a plus.
Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Business hours are Monday through Saturday.
- Scheduled shifts will be assigned within operating hours.
