Are you passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner
- Conduct wine tastings while educating customers about our
- products andstory
- Process sales transactions accurately through our POS system
- Promote wine club memberships and special events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room enviornment
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and event support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or tasting room experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Commerce7 experience is a plus
- Wine knowledge and passion for the wine industry are highly desirable
