We are a growing, trauma-informed group practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
Firefly is proud to have received funding to expand our clinical supervision program. We are especially excited to welcome LMSWs and MSW interns seeking exceptional supervision while remaining open to experienced counselors and independently licensed clinicians who share our values of collaboration, ethical practice, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community partners as clinically appropriate
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and team meetings as applicable
Qualifications
- New Mexico license or license eligibility as an LMSW, second year MSW Intern, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW or related behavioral health professional.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Openness to supervision, consultation and professional feedback
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred but not required
- Passion for learning and professional growth
