We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We are currently looking for a skilled and licensed Service Plumber to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Licensed Service Plumber will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems
- Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and service work
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Complete service documentation and invoices accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Perform heating installations, maintenance, and service work.
Qualifications
- Valid MA Plumbing License
- Minimum 10 years of plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential and commercial service plumbing and heating.
- Water heater installation and repair experience
- Drain cleaning and diagnostic experience
- Backflow certification (preferred but not required)
