Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for:

Learning all aspects of the warehouse and operations on a fast track to counter sales

Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency on company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer applications.

Listening and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs.

Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems.
-
Communicating information effectively to other team members.
-
Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the timeframe requested by the customer.

Working with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.

Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts and company vehicles
-
Load and unload HVAC products
-
Examine incoming shipments and record any damages
-
Receive products accurately and promptly within the company's operating system
-
Verify received product quantities against purchase orders
-
Accurately fill customer orders, prepare them for customer pick up or delivery, and notify customers when the orders are ready
-
Accurately label, stock, and locate product within the company's operating system
-
Prepare and ship out-going products
-
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
-
Utilize all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency on company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer application

Operate a 16\" box truck and other company vehicles
-
Deliver products to customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Critical thinking skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication

Some College Work preferred
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point preferred
- Selected candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
