Overview
We are a newly opened all-you-can-eat rotating hot pot restaurant located in Hillsboro, OR, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable Servers to grow with our team.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Support host/hostess duties during busy periods to ensure seamless guest flow
Qualifications
- 21 years old or older
- Valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Card
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred;
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights; prior nightclub or host/hostess experience is advantageous
