Quality Auditor – A Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Schedule)
$21.00/hour
+$2.00/hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Job Summary
The Quality Auditor is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing incoming materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives, internal audits, customer inspections, and corrective actions throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct internal quality audits on finished products, production paperwork, and raw materials
- Report audit findings and assist with corrective actions
- Inspect incoming materials according to specifications
- Perform quality testing using established procedures
- Identify and document non-conforming materials
- Support the FAI process and quality documentation
- Assist with investigations related to customer complaints and quality concerns
- Support customer audits and inspections
- Update and maintain work instructions and procedures
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and quality records in Excel
- Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
- Follow GMP and SQF guidelines and report food safety concerns immediately
- Train and support employees as needed
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Manufacturing or quality experience preferred but not required
