JP Auto Service is a family-owned and operated repair shop proudly serving our customers since 2019. We take pride in providing honest, quality automotive service and are looking for a dependable B-Level Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Remove and install engines and transmissions
- Perform general automotive repairs
- Suspension, brake, exhaust, and bolt-on repairs
- Use torch equipment when necessary
- Diagnose customer concerns and perform light diagnostics
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures using shop computers
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs
- Use company and customer vehicles to assist with customer pick-up and drop-off as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Basic hand tools for brake and suspension work
- Comfortable using computers, scan tools, and repair information systems
- Ability to complete repairs within scheduled labor times while maintaining 80–100% productivity
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional attitude
- Advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting are not required

- Specialty tools, scan tools, inspection cameras, and shop equipment
- Clean, professional work environment
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
- Paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Compensation:
- $25/hour (not flat rate)
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime available based on workload and shop needs
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
