Responsibilities of the Automotive Parts Counterperson :
- Work with technicians and body shops to fill parts orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and questions.
Qualifications of the Automotive Parts Counterperson :
- Familiarity with CDK / SMARTT is required.
- Ford Experience is preferred
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Consistent and stable work history.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
