We are an out of network pain practice seeking an EXPERIENCED front desk receptionist.
***Medical office experience is required. Experience in pain management, orthopedic, or podiatry is HIGHLY preferred ***
Join our team in a dynamic and patient-focused environment where your skills make a real impact every day! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—greeting and registering them with professionalism and a warm, friendly approach. You’ll manage incoming calls and ensure they are directed efficiently to the appropriate departments, while also coordinating appointment scheduling and collecting patient payments.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes as well, supporting administrative tasks such as scanning documents, reconciling daily collections, and managing online communications. While out-of-network experience is a plus, it is not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can multitask with ease, and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills to the table. Bilingual candidates and quick learners are highly valued.
Occasional travel to another location may be required, and transportation will be provided when needed.
