Construction Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management plans tailored to each construction project.
- Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, inspections, and testing.
- Conduct site evaluations, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Perform weekly inspections and testing of materials like concrete and soil for quality verification.
- Manage non-conformance and corrective action reports, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Construction Quality Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction sector.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, CAD models, and using measurement tools, with experience in analysis and reporting.
