Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 21:30)
Weekly for 40 hours : $ 2,856 weekly ($25/hr w2 + $1,806 week stipend)

Position Overview:
An Echo Technologist performs diagnostic echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to help physicians diagnose and treat heart conditions. The Echo Tech is responsible for obtaining high-quality images, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate documentation while following facility policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and other cardiac ultrasound procedures.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the exam and ensuring their comfort.
- Monitor patients during examinations and report any abnormal findings to the physician.
- Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment.
- Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
- Maintain required certifications and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications:
- 2 year(s) experience required
- ARDMS, ARDMS or CCI either one, ARRT Sonography, RDCS Adult*, BLS, CCI
