Reporting directly to the Field Supervisor, responsible for assisting with the training of election poll workers which includes giving presentations, creating and maintaining in-person and online training programs and other materials, and producing videos.
- Associate degree in Government, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field and one (1) year of experience working in a training capacity including, curriculum production, database management, and customer service; OR an equivalent combination of education or experience

Working knowledge of video editing software and learning management platforms

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Government, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Prior experience working in Elections and/or public-sector environment

Prior experience training large, diverse groups people

Registered Election Official (REO) certification within two (2) years of employment

Certified Election/Registration Administrator (CERA) within five (5) years of employment
