Job Title: Part-Time / As-Needed Mobile Tower Crane Operator (CCO Certified)
Location: Job sites throughout the Baltimore Metro Area
Pay: Approximately $35/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused CCO Certified Mobile Tower Crane Operator for a part-time, as-needed role supporting projects across the Baltimore metro area. This position is ideal for an experienced operator looking for flexible work opportunities while contributing to a team that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate MOBILE TOWER CRANE on a variety of construction job sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure cranes are in proper working condition
- Interpret load charts and site plans to ensure safe lifting and placement of materials
- Communicate effectively with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards and procedures
- Maintain accurate logs and report any equipment issues or safety concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience operating mobile tower cranes - We must be able to verify your crane experience.
- Strong knowledge of crane safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work on an as-needed, flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Baltimore metro area
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple crane certifications a plus
- Experience working on commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
