Sales & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail.
Accurately maintain all outside marketing efforts.
Accurately track quantity vs. quality of referral activity, determining appropriate follow up actions.
Answer telephone inquiries promptly, providing remote assistance in real-time whenever possible. Coordinate scheduled tours for prospective residents or interested parties, with senior living community leaders.
Sales & Marketing Assistant Education & Experience:
Associate's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, in the senior living industry, preferred.
A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads, preferred.
