This is a unique part-time opportunity for someone who:
- Thrives on personal connection and enjoys building relationships
- Wants to be part of creating and growing something special
- Loves learning new things and taking initiative
- Brings positive energy and a team-oriented mindset
No dental experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. A background in sales and/or marketing is a big plus, as is the ability to speak Spanish (preferred, but not required).
We are looking for someone who is more than a treatment coordinator/receptionist—we want a people person with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to help our orthodontic office grow.
Schedule:(Approximately 6 days total each month)
- Fridays (weekly)
- One Tuesday per month
- One Saturday per month
We are looking for someone who can consistently commit to this rhythm of about six days per month so the clinic runs smoothly. Ideally, this would be the same person covering all days. However, if you can commit to most but not all of the schedule (for example, Fridays only), we would still love to have a conversation. We are open to creative solutions, including splitting coverage across two people, to ensure the right fit.

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who sees opportunities to help us grow, not just tasks to complete
- People-oriented—friendly, conversational, and able to build relationships easily
- Self-starter who stays busy and productive, even in slower clinic moments
- Consistent and reliable—able to commit to the set monthly schedule (with flexibility possible)
- Willing to learn—no orthodontic experience required; training provided
- Bonus: marketing or social media skills and interest in helping with creative outreach
- Be part of a small, growing clinic where your contributions make a big difference
- Training and mentorship provided
- Financial incentives and bonuses available for helping grow the patient base
- Supportive, flexible environment where new ideas are encouraged
