American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level IV/surgical NICU position requiring PALS certification and the ability to work weekend block nights.

NICU setting within a hospital environment

Level IV/surgical NICU unit
-
Common diagnoses include CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op surgical cases

Weekend block night schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights

12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Floating to other units is required

No on-call responsibilities

Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required

Current PALS certification required

NRP certification preferred

Level IV or surgical NICU experience required

Date of birth required for consideration

Two professional references preferred for consideration

Must be available to work at least one holiday if it falls within the contract period

This is a nicotine-free facility — nicotine testing is required alongside the standard drug screen with no exceptions
