Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker/Forklift Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA and safety standards.
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to heavy lifting and manual handling protocols.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and order picker equipment to meet shipping deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating warehouse management systems, and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety standards in production, equipment repair protocols, and warehouse distribution best practices.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating forklifts , order pickers, pallet jacks, in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management procedures.
- Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Valid certification for forklift operation.
Pay: $20.00 - $29.83 per hour
