Job Description:
Little Scholars Tutoring is seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to work with students in reading and math after school. The ideal candidate will provide individual and small group tutoring sessions, tailored to meet the needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in reading and math.
- Work with students of all abilities and disabilities, adapting teaching methods to fit individual needs.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Track and report student progress to parents and supervisors.
- Attend training sessions for professional development and areas of growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in reading and math.
- Experience working with students of various abilities and disabilities is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
Schedule:
- Flexible days and times, with sessions typically occurring after school hours.
