Construction Superintendent
Visions Hotels is a hotel management company with a reputation of providing our guests with genuine hospitality and a commitment to service that exceeds their expectations. We are a growing organization and we are currently seeking an experienced & highly motivated individual for Construction Superintendent.
This project is located in Utica, NY.
Candidate will be responsible for, but not limted to:
- Reading and understanding blueprints.
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and schedule contractor activities on site.
- Ability to do material take offs/estimates from blueprints.
- Project submittal tracking and organization.
- Analyzing contracts.
- Hold weekly project coordination meetings with contractors, take notes, and distribute to attendees.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in the Construction industry, managing large-scale projects, performing estimating, and administrative duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adhere to schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and determine the importance of information/data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - construction, engineering, or architectural experience a plus.
- Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Dependability and flexibility.

Pay Disclaimer:
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the pay range. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance to name a few. The rate listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include a competitive 401K plan with matching, hotel discounts, and more!
