Climbmax Logistics, Inc., an independent service provider for Federal Express Corporation, is seeking safety-focused, dependable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. Successful drivers can earn approximately $750–$1,100+ per week + commission with opportunities for growth and advancement.
No CDL Required. Paid Training Provided.
Candidates with experience at FedEx, Amazon, OnTrack, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, construction, moving services, rideshare driving, or other physically demanding positions are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle on assigned routes
- Deliver and pick up packages at residential and commercial locations
- Load, organize, and manage packages for efficient route completion
- Utilize FedEx scanning technology and navigation systems
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Operate vehicles in a safe, defensive, and professional manner at all times
- Follow all FedEx safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company operating standards
- Maintain accurate delivery records and package accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
- Communicate effectively with management regarding route performance and service issues
- Immediately report accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or safety concerns
- Consistently meet safety, service, and productivity standards
Schedule
- Full-Time (preferred) and Part-Time positions available
- Daytime routes
- Weekend availability preferred (must work 1 weekend day)
- Typical routes consist of 120–180 stops per day
- 4–6 day work schedules available depending on position
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a FedEx background check
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Comfortable operating large delivery vehicles and navigating local routes
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and accountability
