We are hiring a General Manager to join our team at J&M Services of Miami Valley. This is a key leadership role that combines office administration with hands on project coordination. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced construction environment. This position will be primarily office based with regular job site visits to ensure quality and project progress. As General Manager you will play a critical role in the day to day operations and continued growth of our company.

Manage and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion

Process and track employee timecards accurately

Coordinate purchasing of materials and supplies for active projects

Schedule and confirm material deliveries to job sites

Conduct job site visits to monitor quality control and project progress

Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and team members

Oversee day to day administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly

Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Utilize Jobber CRM to manage projects, scheduling, and client information

Support ownership with various operational and strategic tasks as needed

Prior experience in a construction management or operations role preferred

Proficiency with Jobber or similar construction CRM software is a plus

Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excell

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a small team environment

Valid drivers license required

Class A or Class B CDL is a plus but not required

$20.00 — $30.00 per hour based on experience
