We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and technical drawings. As a key team leader, you will coordinate daily operations, manage crews, interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Duties
· Supervise and manage construction crews on-site, providing clear direction and support to ensure project milestones are met
· Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation
· Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities accurately
· Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and company safety policies through regular site inspections
· Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and ensuring compliance with project specifications
· Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services
· Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress, safety incidents, change orders, and project logs using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
Qualifications
· Proven experience supervising teams in a construction management role within commercial or heavy civil projects
· Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and federal safety standards
· Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling and project tracking
· Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for pipeline or heavy civil projects
· Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, project scheduling, and coordinating construction schedules effectively
· Excellent managerial communication skills with experience supervising crews on demanding sites
· Construction site experience with a focus on quality control, safety management, and crew supervision
· Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections
