Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Crane Operator and Assembler helper and take on a vital role in lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials with precision and safety. In this energetic position, you'll operate a 220-ton Manitowak 14000 crawler crane to support a variety of projects all On-Site (No Travel Required) , ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Your mechanical knowledge and experience will be key in executing complex lifting tasks while maintaining a safe and productive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in heavy equipment operation and contribute to building enclosures used at Fortune 500 companies data centers.
These positions I am looking to fill will work from 7am - 4pm for 6 weeks of training and then beginning in August move to a 3pm - midnight shift.
We are a start-up company and do not offer any health or dental benefits. We only offer 10 Holidays a year along with a week of vacation during your first 12 months.
All applicants must submit to a background check and drug testing. Both must come back clean to be hire. Misdemeanors are not allowed.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate cranes, including tower, mobile, and overhead models, to lift and move heavy materials.
- Coordinate with ground personnel to ensure precise placement of loads and maintain clear communication throughout lifting operations
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane equipment to verify safety features are functional and report any issues immediately
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of crane components on-site, ensuring stability and compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities for safety compliance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety policies during all lifting activities
- When not operating the crane, you will be using power tools constructing acoustic enclosures with large 30-ton diesel engines, or batteries, in them to power data centers.
Requirements
- Valid crane operator license or certification recognized by relevant authorities
- Proven construction site experience with heavy equipment operation in diverse environments
- Mechanical knowledge of the crane.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency
Benefits and Hours
- You will work a 9 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
- We are open form M-F 7am - 11pm, your shift can range from 7am - 4pm or 3pm - midnight
- This is a hand-on role when not operating crane in assembling 70 ton enclosures.
- You will receive 10 paid holidays annually
- You will accrue at 1 weeks of paid vacation.

- You will need to undergo a background check, that must come back squeaky clean along with a drug test.
