Fidelity National Title National Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer or Senior Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer to support one of our largest national commercial clients. In this role, you will serve as one of the dedicated escrow professionals for a premier institutional client, managing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across all 50 states. This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with a key national account, build trusted client relationships, and play an integral role in delivering exceptional service on high-value, complex transactions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing challenging deals with a high degree of autonomy, we'd love to hear from you.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate client needs, and a commitment to providing a seamless closing experience. You will collaborate daily with attorneys, lenders, title personnel, underwriters, internal partners, and external stakeholders to ensure transactions close accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is not a traditional escrow role, it is a strategic client-facing position where responsiveness, relationship management, and operational excellence are equally important as technical escrow expertise.
