Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, experienced, and energetic Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in tandem with a busy mobile provider. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care directly in community settings, including homes, assisted living facilities, and other outpatient environments. Your expertise will help bridge gaps in healthcare access, providing essential services to diverse populations, including individuals with complex medical needs and disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working both collaboratively with a provider and independently in the field. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and brings a positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong drive for excellence in patient care. Must be willing to travel within Salt Lake County, Davis County, and Utah County) and have reliable transportation with winter driving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Must be willing to travel
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in assisted living and residential settings
- Accurately document clinical findings in a timely manner
- Assist the physician during patient visits and procedures
- Manage follow-ups, care coordination, and communication with patients, families, and facilities
- Identify changes in patient condition and act proactively
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state requirements in Utah.
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or home health preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a mobile/field-based role
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at $80,000 (based on experience and compatibility with team dynamics)
