We are looking for Physical Therapists who bring both clinical skill and compassion to patient care:
- Bachelor’s from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of the day traveling to patient homes
- Strong time‑management and self‑scheduling abilities
- Consistent ability to meet charting deadlines
- Comfort using tablets, smartphones, and EMR systems
Schedule & Shift Details
- Monday–Friday
- Start time between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, ending at 5:00 PM
- PT hours fall within this schedule
Travel
- Local travel to patient residences within the service area
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
