What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans
- Work with patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and families for holistic care
- Treat patients in both Outpatient and Inpatient settings
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain a license in the state of Arizona
- Passion for rehab in a skilled nursing setting
