We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Key Holder who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment.
Position Summary
As a Part-Time Key Holder, you will serve as a leader on duty, helping oversee daily store operations and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere
- Educate customers on our products, services, and trade process
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and securing the building
- Assist with sales transactions and maintain accurate cash procedures
- Support and guide team members during your shift
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and inviting
- Assist with receiving inventory and merchandising displays
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Help create an engaging in-store experience through events and activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling cash and making decisions when leading a shift
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Evening and weekend availability required

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
