Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Confidently present, sell, and close wellness memberships and visit packages.
- Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly, manage clinic flow, and maintain a high-energy environment.
- Clinic Operations: Handle multi-line phones, process financial transactions, and update Point-of-Sale (POS) records.
- Administrative Support: Execute daily opening and closing procedures, manage files, and keep the workspace spotless.
- Lead Tracking & Outreach: Connect with inactive members and support local marketing initiatives to grow the patient base.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our chiropractors to meet daily clinic performance goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or membership-based customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with the ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with electronic patient records, POS software, and standard office equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Legal: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and occasionally cover shifts at sister locations if needed.
Schedule, Compensation & Perks
- Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available (including weekends).
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (competitive hourly base rate varies by experience and specific clinic location).
- Primary Locations: Hiring for positions supporting our local regional clinics (including Lakeland, Winter Haven, Plant City, and Zephyrhills).
