Underground Strength and wellness clinics are looking for a Collaborating Physician to support our mission of providing hormone replacement and anti-aging/wellness therapies to our patients. Our current services include HRT for men and women, weight loss, IV hydration, and vitamin injections.

This role ensures our Nurse Practitioners (NP) have a collaborative physician (CP) with whom he/she may seek consultation and engage in a professional dialogue about patient care activities. NP's are knowledgeable and independent; minimal consultation would be required.
Position Essential Functions
- Serve as a Collaborative Physician in accordance with applicable GA law and the terms and conditions of the NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement and fulfilling any state-specific requirement as a collaborator.
- Conduct reviews of patient charts on a periodic basis as per Georgia APRN protocol agreement guidelines and be available for consultation with NP as needed.
- Review current and any new clinic protocols as needed
Position Qualifications:
- Must currently practice within the state of GA
- Current GA board certification.
- Valid GA state medical, federal DEA, and Controlled and Dangerous Substances (CDS) licenses without sanctions.
- Experience in hormone replacement/anti-aging medicine preferred; must be comfortable/open to collaborating within anti-aging medicine.
- Primary Specialty in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Ideal candidate will have the capacity to take on multiple NP's in different locations in the state of Georgia
