Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.
- Manage incoming calls with confidence, answering questions related to products, services, billing, and account management.
- Support business development management by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services during customer interactions.
- Conduct financial analysis and data review using Excel to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team leadership to manage business operations teams, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Working with office team to increase customer retention through effective and efficient customer care.
- Utilize technical proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and other work system for proper documentation, reporting, and data analysis tasks related to customer accounts.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on customer communication and issue resolution.
- Strong background in phone answering, phone reception, and managing high-volume inquiries efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in business development management and sales strategies that enhance customer relationships.
- Experience with accounting and finance tasks such as financial analysis, managing budgets, or processing transactions.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel data analysis tools, and corporate research methods is essential for success in this role.
Qualification:
- Must be wiling to pursue Property& Casualty License through the State of Washington (or already posses the license).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
