You’ll move confidently between prints, programs, and parts—owning quality at the spindle and the inspection bench.

Run CNC equipment accurately and safely to produce precision components

Verify dimensions and tolerances; ensure every part meets spec

Follow documented work instructions and verbal direction without missing a step

Repeat machining operations with steady, consistent execution

Tend multiple machines within a production cell when needed

Partner with experienced machinists on changeovers, setups, and program tweaks

Bring reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude

Jump in on related tasks and other duties as assigned

High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred

2+ years of machining experience
