Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their gardening and outdoor needs.
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves efficiently, and ensure the store is clean and inviting at all times.
- Support inventory management through stocking products, conducting stock checks, and updating product signage to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions .
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required;
