Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Payroll professional for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Ana, CA. This in-office role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing daily office operations while also owning accurate payroll administration.
The Office Manager/Payroll will support a professional, fast-paced workplace where accuracy, confidentiality, teamwork, and proactive communication are essential. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, support employees across the organization, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates who enjoy being a trusted resource, improving processes, and keeping both payroll and office functions running efficiently will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately using Paylocity.
- Maintain employee payroll records, timecards, PTO balances, benefits information, and related documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, employee records, employment documentation, and offboarding activities.
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, facilities needs, and administrative workflows.
- Support accounting with invoices, expense tracking, reconciliations, and related reporting.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, office procedures, and administrative support.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
