We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who loves people, takes ownership, and enjoys being part of building something meaningful. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow as a leader while remaining closely connected to both the customer and the team.
About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager partners closely with the owner to support the daily operation of the boutique. While this is a leadership position, it is first and foremost a customer-facing role. You'll spend the majority of your time on the sales floor—leading by example, coaching teammates, styling customers, and helping ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
You'll also play an important role behind the scenes by helping maintain operational consistency and keeping the business running smoothly.
What You'll OwnSales Floor Leadership
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and personal styling.
- Coach and encourage team members throughout the day.
- Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.
- Maintain exceptional merchandising, recovery and visual standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
Team Support
- Help onboard and train new team members.
- Reinforce company standards, expectations and processes.
- Support daily communication and team accountability.
- Step confidently into leadership whenever the owner is unavailable.
Operations
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
- Help process payroll and complete administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Receive and process inventory.
- Maintain product information, including product descriptions and merchandising details.
- Help monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder opportunities.
- Maintain store supplies, organization and operational standards.
