What you’ll do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure pristine conditions.
- Assist with janitorial duties, including trash removal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to support room cleaning efforts as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, embodying the spirit of hospitality at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Uphold high standards of industrial cleaning practices across all areas of responsibility.
Basic qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus!
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
