Are you a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat/Facial Plastic Surgery) and a passion for facial surgery and aesthetic medicine? Synergi Facial Surgery is expanding and seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help elevate patient care across ENT, facial surgical support, and aesthetic/plastic procedures. We are a premier facial surgery practice known for state-of-the-art procedures, individualized care, and exceptional patient results. This is a part time position which consists of 2 days a week.
Duties
- Interview and evaluate the medical needs of patients and provide medical services and treatment.
- Assesses patient health by interviewing patients and performing physical examinations including obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
- Recommend options and courses of action for patient care with regards to short-term and long-range patient care of facial and ENT issues.
- Work closely with physician(s) to manage established patients and implement physician directives as appropriate.
- Manage established patients and post-operative patients of collaborating physician(s).
- Provide care relating to specifically ENT-related conditions, both acute and chronic, and facial plastic surgery patients
- Assist with care of plastic surgery patients pre and post operatively
- Triage patient care when necessary to ensure adequate health outcomes.
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding their ENT health conditions and related issues.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing relating to ENT conditions and be able to create plan of care and management based on results.
- Provides community of care by developing and implementing patient-management plans.
- Work with variety of APPs and physicians to provide collaborative ENT healthcare for patients.
Qualifications
- Licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Current and valid certification from a recognized certifying body (e.g. NCCPA, ANCC, AANPCB, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience working in an APP capacity preferred
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Clear knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient care guidelines, and medical ethics

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
