We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are performing at their best. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure that all team members are performing their duties to the best of their abilities
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle cash deposits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering
- Experience in managing and scheduling employees
