- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Provide honest recommendations without high-pressure sales
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5+ Years of HVAC Service Experience
✔ Strong Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Skills
✔ Professional Attitude & Strong Work Ethic
✔ Customer-Focused Mindset
✔ EPA Certification
✔ Valid Driver’s License
